The Global Foodtech Accelerator is a program of the Basque Culinary Center in collaboration with Impact Hub for advanced startups working on products/services that want to solve global challenges in food & sustainability.


The program will provide support to the startups, along with specialized training and mentorship thanks to our mentor network, industry leaders and corporate partners.

We are looking to accelerate innovative startups from the Gastronomy 360º Ecosystem

We are looking for startups that meet the following characteristics

Pre-Series A stage, with a validated product and several clients

Acting in Europe (not necessarily from Spain, Germany or Netherlands)

Focused on Gastronomy 360º and foodtech, developing technologies to promote the future of gastronomy

With a product or service proposal that fosters the transformation of the agents of its entire value chain: chefs, waiters, managers, producers, distributors, diners…

With a committed multidisciplinary team and the company established

What are we offering?

Join one of the 3 International Bootcamps and be part of an entrepreneurial ecosystem. Four startups will be selected to participate in Amsterdam, Berlin or Madrid Bootcamp.
